1) When can I expect my photos?
You can expect our photos ten days after event day - this gives us time for our photographer to filter through photos, and post them on our online platform.
2) What are the photos of?
We work to get photographs of all participants in-action, as well as full-team shots. Definitely let us know if you do not see photos of your athlete/their team, and we'll loop back in with our photographer.
3) How do I receive access?
You'll receive an email with access instructions ten days after event day, which will give you a unique coupon code that you can use to redeem your photos. We will include more specific access instructions in the email itself.
4) What if my athlete isn't in any photos?
We work to capture all athletes in-action; definitely let us know if there aren't any images of your athlete by reaching out to us here, at events@callplaybook.com.
