What Is the Payment Transactions Dashboard?

The Payment Transactions Dashboard gives specific information on each payment that is attempted on your platform

The Payment Transactions Dashboard is a powerful tool for managing specific payment transactions. With this dashboard, you can quickly access detailed information on the status of each payment recorded in the system. In addition, you can use the dashboard to modify invoices, create payment plans, add discount credits, remove a program, or add specific add-ons.

  1. To access your dashboard, you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel).
  2. From the top navigation bar select Reporting, then Financial, then Payment Transactions

You will see a table that displays Transaction amount, Invoice Status, Transaction Status, Payment Made Towards (Program) and User Name

  1. The filters on the left will allow you to narrow down the results by various criteria such as specific programs, payment method, price range of payment etc
  2. The filters above the reported list of transactions will allow you to narrow down your report by searching for a specific user name/email and adjusting the date range
  3. The Modify Columns button will give you control over the information displayed in the table. Below you can see the various columns you can choose to display
