What Does the Registration Process Look Like for All Users?

This article will show you what your users will go through when registering for your programs.

1. The first step is to log into their Playbook Account.
2. The second step when your Users are registering for any program is to choose between Register Myself or Register Someone Else.
   1. Register Myself is used for adult leagues when you don't need to put in any guardian information.
   2. Register Someone Else is used when a parent or a guardian is registering a child or another person.
       
      
3. When selecting Register Myself, the information you need to fill out to complete the registration is:
   1. Email 
   2. Confirm Email 
   3. Phone Number 
   4. First Name 
   5. Last Name 
   6. Relationship will auto-fill when selecting myself 
   7. Please refer to the picture below.
      
4. When selecting Register Someone Else,  the mandatory fields are: 
   
   1. Relation to Participant 
   2. First Name 
   3. Last Name 
   4. Email 
   5. Date of Birth 
      
5. After filling out all the information for the participant, the next part of the registration process is signing the waiver. 
   1. There are two ways you can sign a waiver.
      1. The first way is an e-signature which is shown in the first picture below.
      2. The second picture is if your users decide to use their initials instead of an e-signature.
6. The last step in the registration process is the Payment Options Page.
   1. This is where users will select a program invoice to pay for, as seen in the first picture below.  
   2. Next, the user will have to confirm the amount they will be charged on their credit card.
   3. Lastly, the user will select the credit card that they want to use to pay.
   4. The user can have the option to use an existing card on their account or a enter new one.

7. The last step is clicking on Pay Now.
   

8.. You will get a payment confirmation after clicking on Pay Now.
