What Does the Registration Process Look Like for All Users?

This article will show you what your users will go through when registering for your programs.

  1. Log into Playbook Account
    The first step is for users to log into their Playbook account
  2. Program Registration Options
    When registering for a program, users can choose between two options:
    1. Register Myself: This is used for adult leagues where no guardian information is required
    2. Register Someone Else: This option is for parents or guardians registering a child or another individual

  3. Register Myself
    For adult registrations, the following information is required:
    1. Email 
    2. Confirm Email 
    3. Phone Number 
    4. First Name 
    5. Last Name 
    6. Relationship (auto-filled when selecting "Myself")

  4. Register Someone Else
    When registering on behalf of someone else, the required fields are:
    1. Relation to Participant 
    2. First Name 
    3. Last Name 
    4. Email 
    5. Date of Birth

  5. Waiver Signing
    After entering the participant's information, the next step is signing the waiver. There are two options for waiver signing:

  6. Payment Options
    The final step in the registration process is the Payment Options page, where users will:
    1. Select a program invoice to payImage 2-8-21 at 3.25 PM

    3. Choose a credit card to pay with (either an existing card or a new one)Image 2-8-21 at 3.27 PM
  7. Complete Payment
    Once all payment details are confirmed, click on Pay Now to complete the process.

  8. Payment Confirmation
    After clicking Pay Now, users will receive a payment confirmation.
