How To Create a Staff Member?
Easily create a staff member
- Log in to the Playbook Back End of your website (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel).
- From the top navigation bar select Staff then Staff Members
- On the Staff Members page, click the 'Add New Staff Members' button
- A pop-up window will appear allowing you to edit details about the staff member (fields with * are required)
- You can choose to create a new user as a staff member, or make an existing user in your system a staff member
- Remember to assign a Staff Role (this is required)
- The Rentable toggle can be turned on/off to make your staff member available for reservations
