Passes can be used to pay for any class (program package or rental) in your system. Passes can be made available for purchases in a package, or be included in membership plans.
There are three types of Pass Types:
Session - The pass can be used to register for one session within the selected categories/class packages
$ 1 - The pass is worth $1 and can be used to pay for any program within the selected categories/class packages
Duration - The pass can be used to register for rentable sessions of durations set for the pass, that are also within the selected categories/class packages
Creating Pass Types:
To Get Started creating a Pass Type, you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel).
From the top navigation bar select Programs then Pass Types.
Once you are on the Pass Types page, you can create a new team by clicking Create Pass Type and then selecting 'Create Pass Type' again from the dropdown menu.
A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details
Name of the pass type
Kind of Pass you can choose between Session, $1 and Duration
For Duration Pass you can input the number of minutes you would like the pass to be worth
You can then select the specific categories and class packages you want these passes to apply to
The Make Passes Expire toggle can be turned on if you would like for the passes
