Where are my tickets?

At Playbook, we don't distribute physical tickets. Instead, please just provide your name and the number of passes you purchased to the Playbook Representative at event check-in, and you're good to go.

If you didn't receive an email confirming your purchase, we'd ask you to kindly:
1) Check your spam folder for a confirmation.
2) Check your "all mail" or "promotional" folders in your email.
3) Check to see if you received an SMS message about your purchase.
4) Review your credit card transaction history, to ensure that the purchase went through.
 
If there is no record of the transaction after reviewing any of these steps, please reach out with the event venue, date, and team you're associated with, as well as your intended order quantity, and we'll get back to you.
