Using the Game Uploader, all you need is a CSV Document formatted in the correct style. Please reach out to the CS team to get the upload template.
Create a CSV file of all games for your season following this format:
*It's important to make sure that the location, home team, and away team titles match exactly what is in the system
*It's also important to make sure the date follows format "00/00/0000" & the time follows format "00:00:00"
Once the games are in the CSV file, head over to the Playbook Backend:
- From the top navigation bar select Admin Tools, then Event Automation and finally Upload Games CSV.
- Choose the .csv file from your device, and then select the specific season you would like to import the schedule into from the dropdown menu
- Once you click submit, you will be able to see the specific fixtures that were imported successfully
- Games uploaded in the correct format will fall under the "Good Rows" section and have been uploaded into the system
- Any games that are not in the correct format will fall under the "Bad Rows" section and will need to be double checked/edited into the correct format! These games are not uploaded into the system
