How To Postpone Games

If you need to postpone a league game, this is how.

1. Open the Seasons Card and navigate to the Calendar tab. Ensure you're in List View, as bulk deletion is not available in Calendar View
2. Select the checkbox next to the event that has been changed or canceled. You can also select all events if needed
   
3. From the Actions dropdown, choose Send Email, then click Go
4. You'll be taken to a window where you can compose a new email to notify players and staff, or choose a pre-made Email Template from the system. For more details, refer to the Email Template guide
5. Once you're satisfied with the email, click Submit to send it out
