How To Postpone Games

If you need to postpone a league game, this is how.

1. Head over to the Seasons Card and then go on to the Calendar tab
2. Make sure you are on the List View, as you cannot bulk delete using the Calendar View
   
3. Select the event that has been changed/canceled that you would like to notify the players and staff of from the checkbox on the left, you can also choose to simply select all
4. From the ‘Actions’ dropdown tab, select Send Email and press Go
5. You will be taken to a window where you can create an email to be sent out to the users, or you can select an Email Template if you have one created and saved in the system

6. Once you are happy with the email, you can click Submit
