How To Manage/Track Your Programs?

  1. To , you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel). 
  2. From the top navigation bar select Staff, then Staff Apps, then Onsite Program App
  3. You will be taken to a window where you will be able to filter the date and What to Show
    1. For What to Show, staff members will have the option of selecting from My Assignments which would only show the programs they are directly assigned to, or All Activities

  4. You can select the specific program you would like to check-in from the drop down tab found above Participants Info
  5. Once you click on the clock icon under Checkin, the time of attendance will be logged
  6. To check out a participant, click on the icon next to the check-in time as shown above
  7. A pop-up window will appear that will prompt you to enter names that are allowed to pick up the participant
  8. Once you have typed in the name(s), go ahead and click checkout
