How To Manage Program/Class Registrations?

Program registrations can be managed directly from the Program Card.

  1. Access the Program Card
    1. Start by navigating to the Program Card and selecting the Registrations tab

  2. View Participant Information
    1. In this tab, you'll see all participants who have registered for the program. You can download various reports, such as contact details, total paid/owed, registration date, and more, by using the Export buttons

  3. Customize Displayed Information
    1. You can adjust the columns to display specific data by clicking Modify Columns and selecting your preferred options
  4. View Custom Fields
    1. To view any custom responses provided by registrants, select Custom Fields from the Modify Columns to display it and click the blue View button. This will display all questions and their corresponding answers
