How To Assign Staff To Games/Programs

Assigning staff to games or programs is done by navigating through Playbook and following the dialogue boxes.

Assign to Club Teams

  1. Navigate to the Club Team Card
    1. First, go to the specific club team card you want to assign staff to. Then, head to the Manage Staff tab to get started
  2. Select a Staff Member
    1. From the dropdown menu, choose the staff member you want to assign
  3. Assign a Role
    1. You can either select an existing role for the staff member or create a new role. Once you're satisfied with the details, click Assign Staff Member
  4. Additional Options
    1. Toggle Team Contact to make the staff member’s contact information available to the team
    2. Toggle Is Manager to grant the staff member access to the team chat in the Playbook App

Assigning Staff to Games

  1. Navigate to the Calendar Tab
    1. In the Seasons Card, go to the Calendar tab.
  2. Select Events
    1. Use the checkboxes to select the event(s) you'd like to assign staff to
  3. Bulk Assign Staff 
    1. Click Bulk Assign Staff to open a pop-up window displaying all assignable staff members
  4. Assign Staff
    1. Click Assign next to the staff member you want to assign. Select the event(s) checkbox again to confirm, then press Apply

    Note: The staff member will need to accept their assignment
