How To Assign Staff To Games/Programs

Assigning staff to games or programs is done by navigating through Playbook and following the dialogue boxes.

Assign to Club Teams

First head over to the specific club team card you would like to assign staff to. Then go to the Manage Staff tab to get started

  1. Select the staff member you want to assign from the drop down menu 
  2. Then, you can choose an existing role for the Staff Member, or you can go ahead and create a New Role
  3. Once you are happy with the details, go ahead and press Assign Staff Member
  4. You can toggle Team Contact for the staff member’s contact information to be available for the team
  5. The Is Manager toggle will give the staff member access to the team chat on the Playbook App

Assigning Staff to Games

  1. Within the Seasons Card, head to the Calendar tab
  2. Select your event(s) using the checkbox
  3. Click Bulk Assign Staff to be taken to a pop-up window to see all assignable staff
  4. Click Assign next to the staff member you would like to assign
  5. Click the checkbox next to the event(s) again to confirm, then press Apply
  6. Note that the staff member will need to accept their assignment
