How Do I Create Add-Ons?

Add-Ons are optional items that can be added by the customer during the registration process.

    Add-Ons are optional items that can be added by the customer during the registration process.

    1. To create a new Add On, you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel)
    2. From the top navigation bar select Programs > More > then Add Ons. Here you can see a list of your current Add Ons
    3. Click on the orange Create Add Ons button and select Create Add Ons from the drop down to get started
    4. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter all the information
      1. Name of add on
      2. Note that there are no universal add ons, and you must create a new add-on for each type. ‘Addon type’ is where you can choose what types of registrations the add-on will be available for. Add on types are:
        1. Team - Use when you want the add ons to be for Season Teams
        2. Team Individual - Use when you want the add ons to be for Season Free Agent
        3. Individual Player - 
        4. Program - Use when you want the add ons for Program Packages
        5. Membership - Use when you want the add ons for Membership registrations
        6. Player Group - add ons for Player Group Registrations
        7. Join Team - add ons for Club team individual registrations
      3. You can determine the Price
      4. You can add an Image of the add-on as well
      5. Remember to toggle Active on to ensure the add on is available for purchase
      6. Allow multiple will allow customers to buy the add-on more than once per registration
      7. If applicable, tax can be added to this add-on by selecting the Tax Choice option.
      8. You can also choose to add a Description to give extra information about the add-on to the customers
