Give your Users Special Discount Codes to use towards your Programs and Seasons.
To create a Coupon Code, you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel)
From the top navigation bar select Marketing, then Discounts and Promotions, then Coupon Codes. Once the page has loaded, if you have other coupon codes you will be able to see a list. To create a new coupon code click Add New Coupon Code on the right hand side
A window will pop-up and allow you to enter the relevant information
The Apply All toggle will allow the coupon to be used for any program in your system
The Active toggle must be turned on for the coupon to work
You can also toggle Allow Multiple Uses off to limit the coupon to one-time use only
Code is where you can enter the actual coupon code people will use
For Coupon Type, you can choose a flat dollar amount or have the coupon apply as a percentage of the total program cost
If you choose Flat Amount, simply enter the discount in Dollar Amount (eg. input 10.00 if you would like to give a $10 discount)
If you choose Percentage, simply enter the percentage you want to discount in Percent Amount
Start Time will determine when the coupon will start being active
Putting an End Time is optional, and this will determine when your coupon code expires
Sports Required and Gender Required are further optional restrictions you can put on the coupon code if you would like the code to only apply to certain programs
