How Do I Change Default Registration Questions?
You have the ability to edit the default questions that will be asked across all registrations that occur on your platform
To edit the default registration questions on your platform, follow these steps:- Go to Site Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner of the back-end page (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel/site_settings)
- In the left sidebar, click on Registration Settings
- Navigate to the Participant tab. Here, you will find options to toggle various questions. Any questions that are activated and saved will appear in all participant registration flows throughout the system
- Next, go to the Season tab. While there are a few basic toggle options available, you can expand the Advanced fields for additional customization options
- Remember to click Save Changes after adjusting all the toggles
