You have the ability to edit the default questions that will be asked across all registrations that occur on your platform
To edit the default registration questions throughout your platform, first go to the Site Settings by clicking the gear icon on the top right of the back-end page (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel/site_settings)
From the left, click on Registration Settings
Head over to the Participant tab. You will see an option to toggle various questions. Any questions that are toggled on and saved will appear on all participant registration flows throughout the system
Head over to the Season tab. There will be a couple basic toggle options, but you can expand the Advanced fields to access further customization options
Remember to press Save Changes once you have set all the toggles
