How To Create a Site Admin?

Give different levels of control to your staff

  1. Log in to the Playbook Back End of your website (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel). 
  2. From the top navigation bar select Staff then Staff Members
  3. On the Staff Members page, click on the orange pencil icon that is next to whichever staff member you would like to edit
  4. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to edit various details,
    1. The Site Admin toggle when turned on will give the staff member full access to the Playbook platform’s back end with the ability to edit and change any settings, programs, information etc
    2. You can also edit the Phone Number and email
    3. The Rentable toggle can be turned on/off to make your staff member available for reservations
    4. Make sure to toggle Active on if the staff member is currently a part of your program
