Rostering Tryout/Previous Season Participants onto a Team

You can easily create Teams from tryout sessions and previous seasons' teams using the Team Builder

  1. Head over to the Team Builder tab with Clubs
  2. You have the option of building a roster from one of your tryouts, or from an existing team, but first choose the category of the team you want to build from the dropdown on the left
  3. Once you choose a category, you will see the list of teams that players can be added to on the right hand side
  4. If you choose Roster From Tryouts you will see a list of your tryouts on the left
    1. You can click into a specific tryout to look at the list of participants
    2. To add a player to a team, simply drag & drop a player on the left into the desired team on the right
  5. If you choose Roster From Past Teams
    1. You can only pull players from a team if the team’s Is Active has been toggled off and also belongs in the same category
    2. Click into the specific team you are looking to move players from
    3. Drag & drop a player on the left into the desired team on the right
  6. If you choose Roster From Database
    1. You can search for any participant that is saved in your system, without needing any prior existing registrations
    2. Click into the specific player you are looking to move, then drag & drop the player  into the desired team on the rightimage_2024-09-17_024002237
