How To Send a Mass Email and SMS Message To Users

This article will show you how to send a mass email and SMS email out to users.

  1. To send a bulk Email/SMS from a specific program/club/season, head over to the specific Program Package/Club/Season Card
  2. Within the specific card, you will head to a different tab depending on the type of program
    1. For a Program Package, head over to the Registrations tab
    2. For a Club Team, head over to the Players tab
    3. For a Season, if you want to email the entire league head over to the Players tab, if you want to only select certain teams head over to Registered Teams
  3. Now, you will have the option to select specific players/teams and then click the Bulk SMS or Email Selected button at the top. Alternatively you can simply click Email All Pages to email all users in the program
  4. Emails: A pop-up window will appear where you can create your email, or even choose a template if you have one saved in your system
    1. You can choose the address that the email will be sent from 
    2. You can add attachments under Advanced Email Options
    3. You can also preview the email to make sure everything looks the way you would like it to
    4. Once you are happy with how your email looks, click Send Email on the bottom right to have the email sent to your selected recipient
  5. SMS: A pop-up window will appear where you can create your email, or even choose a template if you have one saved in your system
     
    1. The text will be sent from an email that you can choose. Any SMS replies will be sent to this email as well 
    2. Once you are happy with how your SMS looks, click Send SMS on the bottom right to have the email sent to your selected recipients
