- Open the Seasons Card and navigate to the Calendar tab. Ensure you're in List View, as bulk deletion is not available in Calendar View
- Select the checkbox next to the event that has been changed or canceled. You can also select all events if needed
- From the Actions dropdown, choose Send Email, then click Go
- You'll be taken to a window where you can compose a new email to notify players and staff, or choose a pre-made Email Template from the system. For more details, refer to the Email Template guide
- Once you're satisfied with the email, click Submit to send it out
