How To Manage/Track Your Programs?
- To , you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel).
- From the top navigation bar select Staff, then Staff Apps, then Onsite Program App.
- You will be taken to a window where you will be able to filter the date and What to Show
- For What to Show, staff members will have the option of selecting from My Assignments which would only show the programs they are directly assigned to, or All Activities
- You can select the specific program you would like to check-in from the drop down tab found above Participants Info
- Once you click on the clock icon under Checkin, the time of attendance will be logged
- To check out a participant, click on the icon next to the check-in time as shown above
- A pop-up window will appear that will prompt you to enter names that are allowed to pick up the participant
- Once you have typed in the name(s), go ahead and click checkout
