Learn how to create your Credit Offers for your credit-based programs from your Playbook Software Backend options.
To Get Started creating a Pass Package, you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel).
From the top navigation bar select Programs then Pass Packages.
Once you are on the Pass Types page, you can create a new team by clicking Create Pass Packages and then selecting "Create Pass Packages" again from the dropdown menu.
You will have the option of cloning an existing package, or starting from scratch. For now, select Start From Scratch
You will see a pop-up window where you will be able to enter the relevant information
Title or name of the pass package
You can then select the specific Pass Type that you would like to create a package for, and then input the quantity of passes you’d like the package to come with
Cost of the package in dollars
Remember to toggle Is Active on to ensure the pass package can be viewed and purchased by customers on the front end
Once you are happy with the information, click Save Pass Package and the set-up is now complete, and the pass package is now available for purchase
