How Do I Create Add-Ons?

Add-Ons are optional items that can be added by the customer during the registration process.

  1. To create a new Add On, you will need to log in to the Playbook Back End of your website. (mywebsite.playbookapi.com/control_panel)
  2. From the top navigation bar select Programs then Add Ons. Here you can see a list of your current Add Ons
  3. Click on the orange Create Add Ons button and select Create Add Ons from the drop down to get started
  4. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter all the information
    1. Name of add on
    2. Note that there are no universal add ons, and you must create a new add on for each type. ‘Addon type’ is where you can choose what types of registrations the add on will be available for. Add on types are:
      1. Team
      2. Team Individual
      3. Individual Player
      4. Program
      5. Membership
      6. Player Group
      7. Join Team
    3. You can determine the Price
    4. You can add an Image of the add-on as well
    5. Remember to toggle Active on to ensure the add on is available for purchase
    6. Allow multiple will allow customers to buy the add-on more than once per registration
    7. You can also choose to add a Description to give extra information about the add-on to the customers
